Office Administration Support Section
The Section is currently composed of 6 staff members headed by the Administrative Officer. This section is charged with providing administrative support (secretarial services) to the staff and members of the County Assembly and to ensure the general administration services of the County Assembly are well facilitated.
This section’s mandate is to provide services which includes typing, photocopying, scanning, management of official incoming and outgoing emails, calls and mails, coordination and circulation of files, management of the office standing imprest in the Clerk’s and Deputy Clerk’s office, timely communication and implementation of the decision (tabled reports, letters, notices, sms and memos), management of office diary / appointments, customer care services to clients and stakeholders, management of Chambers table office, sending order papers, preparing chamber folders, and filing original tabled reports. The section also ensures security of the confidential office documents, management of school education visits and participates in preparation of Section Annual Procurement Plan.
